Access to trust888 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older. All accounts are subject to mandatory identity and age verification.
Each individual may hold only one active trust888 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Funds are disbursed exclusively to payment methods verified under your account KYC documentation. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
Any form of fraud, abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. trust888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to credential compromise.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
Access to the trust888 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. trust888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds associated with that Account will be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the trust888 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. trust888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts. trust888 reserves the right to close all but one account and, where abuse is identified, to forfeit all balances across duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
All Members are required to complete trust888's KYC verification process before real-money deposits and withdrawals are enabled. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address. trust888 may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. trust888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
trust888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where trust888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. trust888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as notified to Members at the time. Members will be given reasonable prior notice before any fee is applied and will retain the ability to reactivate their Account by logging in.
trust888 supports deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. trust888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which trust888 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under your Account KYC documentation and that match your registered account details. trust888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or unverified payment methods under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect Members against fraud and money laundering.
trust888 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable. Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost typically complete within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB typically settle within 15–30 minutes during business hours. trust888 does not guarantee these processing times but will make reasonable efforts to meet them.
trust888 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) controls in accordance with internationally recognised standards. trust888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal processing until such documentation is received and verified.
All wagers placed on the trust888 Platform — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or fishing games — are subject to the specific game and product rules published on the Platform at the time of wagering. Members should familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise fails to complete, bets will be settled in accordance with trust888's specific sport-by-sport rules. trust888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a manifest error.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted in real-time by professional dealers in certified studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome will be determined by the game result at the time of disconnection. trust888 accepts no liability for losses arising from Member-side technical failures.
All bets are subject to acceptance by trust888. trust888 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until the Member receives confirmation of acceptance from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trust888 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

trust888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, trust888 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which trust888 operates. In the event of a dispute between a Member and trust888, Members are encouraged to contact trust888's customer support team in the first instance to seek resolution. trust888 operates a formal complaints procedure; details are available by contacting support via live chat.
trust888 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal procedures may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service as appropriate.
